About Us
Who We Are?
We are CMB Group companies with a 31-year history, which has managed to have a say in the IT, communication, textile, mining, medical, import-export, and energy sectors in Turkey, Germany, and China, constantly setting its target principles and standing out with its R&D studies.
As one of these companies, CMB Energy was established in 2011 in Shanghai, CHINA with a 1.2 GW panel production capacity, exporting to the EU and Africa, and also becoming one of the pioneers of the sector with its own installed power of 280 MW in Tanzania, Rwanda and Ivory countries of Africa. With the change of GES laws in Turkey, in the second half of 2022, our company started the establishment of a factory with a 1.2 GW panel production capacity in addition to 1.2 GW panel production. At the same time, it provides EPC services in roof, land, and facade systems.
For the solution to the climate crisis together with our partners and our young and dynamic employees who are experts in their work, renewable energy; We are a group company with Turkish, German, and Chinese partnerships that came together to transform solar energy into investment and leave a more livable world to future generations, with the awareness that it should be the only source in the fields of electricity generation, transportation, and heating.
Our Purpose
For our country to keep up with the “energy revolution” that is taking place in our century simultaneously with the whole world, we aim to increase awareness in the field of climate change and solar energy, and in this way, to create the necessary technical and legislative infrastructure to connect a regular solar energy capacity to our grid every year.
As CMB solar, we started our efforts to establish our factory with a capacity of 500 MW in Turkey in the second half of this year, in addition to our factory with a production capacity of 1 GW in the province of CHINA.

By producing technologically innovative solutions for the benefit of all solution partners in legal terms; It is our target principle to place the solar energy capacity increase in a stable and sustainable framework.
Our Mission
With the creation of completely new capacity, we aim to contribute to the system by participating in YK tenders, if appropriate conditions arise, by accelerating production to ensure that at least 5 GW of solar energy power is connected to the grid every year.
